Arena & Events Coordinator Competition #10-27
Under the supervision of the Manager Recreation, the Arena and Events Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of the Bear Mountain arena, JDF arena and Sport Services. Will be responsible to market WSPRS to attract major events such as trade shows, conferences, concerts, sporting events and will oversee arena and sport programming. This position liaises with provincial and national sporting organizations and major lease tenants and rental groups that utilize the arenas. The Arena and Events Coordinator will oversee the communication and coordination of facility bookings and event services including, concessions, security, ticketing and event coordination.

Auxiliary Arena Skating Instructor Competition #10-29
Under the direction of the Arena Programmer, the skating isntructor plans, develops, implements, and teaches instructional training and lesson plans. Instructors are required to teach beginner to intermediate skill levels with a variety of age groups.
