Welcome to Centennial Centre!
Find us at 2850 Carlow Road, Langford. Across from Spencer School.
We have grown and expanded our programming and staff at Centennial Centre in Langford. We offer a variety of fun and exciting West Shore Parks and Recreation programs for preschoolers, teens and adults. In addition to the many preschool dance classes, teens will find exciting programs and out trips such as surfing, recreation leadership, spelunking and skiing up island. We also offer summer camps for all ages, licensed care for Pro-D Days, winter and spring break camps as well as several unique art, fitness and workshop sessions for adults in the community!
Community Development
Operating out of Centennial Centre the Communit Development team uses a “community empowerment” approach, staff recognize the capacity and assets in the six West Shore communities and build programs and services based on this. Three areas of assistance provided to community groups and agencies include: Organizational Development, Program Development, and Information Referral. Community Development Workshops/Training, Partnerships, and Special Events.
