We are open year round, early morning through the evening making it easy to fit family and length swimming, water fit classes or learn to swim lessons into your busy schedule. Popular programs include Aqua Boot Camp, Mom and Me Water Fit and Family Swim Lessons.

- Try the giant water slide! Its twists and turns will carry you outside the building and back. Challenge the awesome current in the not so lazy River Run! Your children will want to try the many “play and spray” features in the Adventure Pool.
- The 8 lane, 25 metre lap pool is designed to accommodate a variety of programs ranging from synchronized swimming and scuba instruction to water fit classes and aquatic rehabilitation. The pool is also home to 3 swim clubs and a triathlon training team.
- Juan de Fuca pool is accessible to all! Our family changeroom includes 6 individual cubicles plus 2 lift-equipped disabled changerooms. The pool is very popular with people who have mobility issues as all pools are easily entered! Lifts permit swimmers to access the hot tub, Adventure pool, and 25 metre lap pool. Also a feature for those in wheelchairs is the ramp entry into the Adventure pool.
- The large hot tub overlooking the Juan de Fuca golf course is a great place to visit with friends and unwind after your workout. The sauna and steam room are also popular places to relax and revitalize.
